General Terms
When placing an order on bohemiadesign.fi, the customer accepts these terms.
We reserve the right to update product information and/or prices should it be required.
Due to the nature of the product, eg. freshwater pearls, gemstones, etc. slight variations in size or colour are unavoidable. However, care has been taken to present them in their most accurate form.
Ordering
To add an item to your shopping basket, simply enter the quantity you want and click the “Add to cart” button. Your shopping basket will be updated with the items. To see what’s in your shopping basket, click on “View Cart”. Should you wish to change the amount ordered, simply change and then click on “Update cart”. When you’re ready to purchase, click on “Continue order” at the bottom of the page and then follow the online instructions.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Should you not receive an e-mail, please contact us in this regard. We do not sell, communicate or otherwise share your personal information with anyone unless required to do so by law or as part of normal transactional procedures required to verify, confirm and ship your order. All customer information is strictly confidential and will only be used for processing orders, providing information regarding products or sending newsletters.
All prices are stated in euro’s and include VAT.
Payment
We currently accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirmation in our bank account. All shipments are posted using the Finnish postal service.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for international destinations. If a package does not arrive within that time please check with your local customs office. Duties, taxes and fees (which may be substantial) are your responsibility. Check with your local authorities for specific information. In some cases your local post office may require you to pick up your package in person.
All prices are in euro including VAT.
Defective or Damaged Items
Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order (within 24 hours). Defective or damaged items must be returned for quality control purposes and will be replaced or refunded solely at the discretion of Bohemia Design. We cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items. To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us prior to mailing back your return.
All items must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date, unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are never refundable. Please note that shipping fees in respect of the returns are to be paid for by the customer and the customer holds the risk of returning until the products have been received by Bohemia Design.
